Abe was a huge help throughout this whole process. This was my first time buying a coop and I had minimal knowledge about how to go through the process. There are no words to describe how grateful we are. He made everything possible for us to close on our short sale home. Words can't even describe how wonderful it was working with Abe and his team! Although I was considered a first time home buyer it was not the first time purchasing a home. I have had my share of experiences in home purchasing using the traditional bank method. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was working with Abe and his team!
