It was such a pleasure to work with Abe for my new coop in Forest Hills. Mortgaging can be a very stressful process (especially for a coop) and Abe definitely took the weight off my shoulder throughout the entire process. He was on top of everything. Documents and paper work that needed to complete was always on time. He guided me thought the process ever single step of the way. Buying your first home is extremely stressful and time consuming. Working with Abe was the best decision we ever made.
