I recently decided to purchase property for the first time. Since I was knew to this I went in with not much knowledge on the process. Abe was a great partner and contact. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything through out the entire process. Everything was done in a timely manor and he was always available if I had any questions or concerns. He made this process quick and painless, I definitely recommend reaching out to Abe if you are looking to get a mortgage or re-finance.
Abe analyzed all my circumstances and provided with the best options available. He spent the time to make sure I understand all the risks, Pros and Cons, and cost associated with the options available. He is very reliable, quick, and most importantly, a man of his word!
My wife and I worked with Mr. Abraham Ohanian to purchase our first home. Our experience with Abraham was wonderful. He listened to our situation very carefully and explained the entire process very thoroughly. We worked with Abraham from the beginning to successful completion/ purchase of our first home, and we are very happy with the results. We always found a great resource, a professional and a friend in Abraham, and he always encouraged us to ask questions, even if they were repetitive. Abraham is a great professional a... read more
Abe was very helpful from the start. He was patient and understanding. It was our 1st time buying an apartment so, obviously we had a lot of questions. He helped us guide through the entire process to the best of his ability. He saved us time and hassle by being fairly quick with the loan procedures. We recommend him for home buying and selling purposes.
Abe was the best loan officer I could have asked for. He went above and beyond his duties as a loan officer to get my loan closed. He was hands on and patient in explaining to my husband and I all the steps that we would be going through in our home buying journey. Abe was always reachable by phone or email to answer any question that I had. He even answered texts on Saturday his day off just to help me. He was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with! Without Abe’s assistance is this very confusing home buying process... read more
Abe was and absolute angel, sent during my family's tough times! He assisted us not only to get a mortgage, but worked with us step by step from the beginning to the end. From the mortgage, to the closing, he stayed with us and took away any fear and anxiety experienced by any first time home buyer. My family now has a place to call home after hard days of work and school, thanks to his tireless and selfless efforts. Word cannot explain how thankful we are to him, and I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of assista... read more
