The roads need repair badly
Make sure patient companions are taken care of. My stepdads companion didn't get enough to eat. OTHERWISE I CANNOT THINK OF ONE RECOMMENDATION TO ADD!!! Way to go all!
From my very first research call, ACC consistently was proactive, professional, reliable and considerate of all my questions and concerns. We had to transport my mother nearly 900 miles and everything they did was above the call of duty. I highly recommend them.
The ride up I-95 from Florida to North Carolina was very bumpy. Even laying in a hospital bed at night, I was unable to sleep due to the jarring, swaying, and bumping of the vehicle. I do not know if it is possible to design a medical transport van to have a smoother ride, but, if so, that would make the trip much more comfortable. The drivers said they did their best but said that poor road maintenance and lots of construction made it impossible to avoid rocking and bumping in this vehicle.
