I cannot say enough about the degree of professionalism used to schedule and transport my mother from Charlotte to Birmingham. The crew was prompt and efficient and took excellent care of Mom. The nurse who rode in the back of the van with her was so caring and made her feel at ease. Thank you ACC!

I used ACC Medink to transport my mother from a hospital in NY to an assisted living community in NC. The coordinators were so helpful and responsive and understanding when we had to abruptly reschedule the trip due to a temporary setback in mom's health which delayed her hospital discharge date. It was necessary and critical to relocate my father from Virginia Beach to a VA hospital on Long Island NY. As his daughters and son, we felt that it was not feasible to drive him by ourselves. This service was very comfortable for my father and for our own mental health that he get home safely while he had constant medical attention for the entire trip.
