There aren't enough words to describe the compassion and care we received on our 18 hour trip from Eric, Steve & Owen they went above and beyond for us they treated us like family the whole way. The driver and attendant were very professional and courteous. The whole office staff was awesome as well. We couldn't be more satisfied.
Trip couldn't have gone better. Some weather related delays but no fault of staff. My mother was kept very comfortable and well fed and entertained. Hats off to your crew!!!

Everything was seamless. Owen helped make a very difficult situation turn out well. He went overboard to accommodate. Couldn't have been more reassured and pleased. In addition, the crew was prompt and efficient.
My mother's husband passed away in October. She always said if he passed first she wanted to be back in Iowa. I don't know how else I would have gotten her back here. Being transported by MCC allowed me to just spend the time with my mom and not worry about details. The crew were all so kind and courteous. We couldn't have had a better trip. THANK YOU ALL!
