We recently hired ACC Medlink to transport my ill elderly mother and father from New Jersey to Texas. From start to finish, everyone we spoke to and worked with were outstanding. Professional and well coordinated experience.
The coordination of transporting my brother was flawless! Ryan was so helpful in answering questions., never in a hurry! When the date arrived for the actual transport all arrangements had been made with the physicality and my brother throughly enjoyed his experience traveling to his destination safely. The interaction with his nurse Jan and the professional driver made his time traveling pass quickly and the communication with us was so helpful. We are grateful to ACC Medlink for helping him get to his destination!

My mother had a safe and pleasant transport. She was happy and that was the goal. Communications with everyone were great. I hope to never need to transport someone again but will certainly use ACC Medlink if I do and will gladly recommend them to others.
