The trip was excellent and I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs this type of transportation.
The transport of my mother was so beautifully executed! She was allowed to rest and kept safe and comfortable for the transport. Jan our nurse was excellent! My mother is incontinent and she checked and changed her, assisted with feeding her. They were excellent with communication, letting us choose lunch stop, and giving us restroom time when we needed to stop. We couldn�t ask for a better ride to get my mother moved 600 miles! Thank you to our driver who was so kind! Top notch!
Excellent service. It was well worth the money. My mother-in-law has several medical issues and they were very considerate and made her feel comfortable. I pray I never need these services again, but if I do I will definitely be using them.
These three young men were absolute angels. They took a bad situation we were experiencing and turned around. They were extremely professional, very polite and extremely accommodating. They made us all, especially my mother who was being transported, feel at ease. I cannot say enough about these three young men except that they were an absolute god send. The crew could not have been more outstanding in every way. We are forever grateful for the compassionate and confident care my mother received during her four hour trek from Marshfield WI to Evanston IL. This is an excellent crew and I would recommend this company to anyone.
