Get directionsThe crew truly took their care of me and my husband professionally. They were my only means of getting me home fro Cincinnati hospital to our home outside of Dallas. A 19 hour straight trip. Without this crew and two more days I would have been stuck in mess of corvina 19 and in a nursing home or DEAD. They saved my life. The crew could not have been more helpful, courteous, personable, and efficient! They made what could have been an ordeal into a pleasant experience! I would recommend your service, and in particular, this crew, to anyone who needs medical transportation. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me and my father, a soon-to-be 96-year-old WWII veteran. Highest marks all around!

She stated to me that the on board nurse kept her in constant communication, he was incredibly caring to the point that he demonstrated he had developed a personal relationship with Bob. My dad was being transported from a Florida nursing home to Chicago home during the Coronavirus lockdown so we were already nervous about the transfer. When I met my dad in the parking lot to wave at him Joel and Donnie greeted me with a smile! They let dad know I was outside to greet him. Jan was such a sweetheart, she took the time to chat with me about dad's journey. Great customer service and awesome transportation!! I highly recommend!!!

The crew arrived at least a half hour before the designated departure time to handle paperwork and to load the wheelchair and my mother's other personal items. They were efficient, helpful and courteous. They had my mother on board fifteen minutes before the scheduled departure time. I was able to spend some time with my mother for the first time in weeks since the COVID-19 visitation restrictions were in place at nursing homes.
