The entire process was seamless from the first phone call. Knowledgeable and very pleasant coordinators made it really simple. I didn't meet the crew, but my mother said they were wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

Nurse Patsy did a fine job taking care of me on my trip. Paul the driver was exceptional, extremely courteous and concerned with every aspect of the trip keeping me informed of our eta on stops as well as final destination. My planned destination was a hospital ER in NC upon arrival Paul quickly took care of every detail informing the ER of my situation.

This team of guys was incredible. They were on time. They took care of all the details. They made sure we understood that this was our trip and that safety and comfort was their utmost concern. They said to just let them know and we could stop anytime. They offered to allow us to select the location of food stops. They allowed us to wait so my dad could have soup before we got back on the road again. ( it would be too hard to eat soup while riding). From the first phone call to request a quote up until I arrived at the rehab center, everyone at Medlink was extremely professional, caring, and made the transition very easy for me. Debbie the driver and Owen the nurse were pleasant, courteous, and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The 5-Hour trip was easy and I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing Medical Transport.

The crew that transported my 94 year old mother did an above and beyond great job!! She arrived after a 20 hour transport in good spirits and healthy! Her medications were administered, comfort measures were provided and great personalities made this long ride from Florida to Kansas a breeze for her. Thank you so very much. Our 11 hour ride from the acute care rehabilitation hospital through Ozark mountains in Northwest Arkansas to our son's home in northern Illinois was smooth as glass. My husband had surgery for a brain tumor, and developed a stroke and was paralyzed on one side. We needed to be closer to a specialized cancer treatment center and had to make arrangements with less than 48 hours preparation.
