All crew members were outstanding. It's hard to name everyone. From the coordinators, the drivers to the medical technicians. All were outstanding. I've already recommended someone and will do it again.
Justin was very professional and extremely kind. We communicated numerous times via text and calls during the 19 hour trip. He provided clinical care information as well as personal observations. I felt a great sense of relief knowing that she was with someone who was giving her the compassion she needed during this difficult time. I never have had an experience like this before. The crew exceeded my expectations. They were excellent. Jan is a warm, caring nurse. She got all the information and the medications needed. Very professional. The two drivers were kind, caring and friendly too. A great experience for such a sad time.
It was a 23 hour trip, but the crew and vehicle made it pass by quickly. The crew was attentive courteous, and very helpful. Would use this service again.
ACC Medlink's interstate transport service was ideal for our need to transport our mother who suffers from dementia from the memory care facility in which she was living in Brookfield, Connecticut to the memory care unit of a facility nearby where we live in Fort Myers, Florida. the entire crew were great our mother can be very difficult at times and it was a long trip close to twenty hours she was a little tired when she arrived but after a nap she was ready to go thank you for getting her to Florida safely the Hauser and Sandor families.
Jan the RN and both drivers were exceptional. Even though they do this all the time, they made us feel special during a stressful time.
From the first phone call, the staff at ACC Medlink was helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. Their follow up and communication during our situation was spot on and their entire staff (office and vehicle transport) enabled us to make it through a tough situation with ease. I highly recommend their services, as they coordinated all of the intricacies of a medical transport with all of the facilities. Great job ACC Medlink and thank you!
