This was a very smooth and stress free overnight trip from Florida to Michigan. The staff were very sensitive and friendly with my 91 year old mother. Everything was very well coordinated and we appreciated how much effort was made to keep in touch with us before the move to ensure that everything was in place. All the people mentioned above that we worked with did a great job in getting us from IN to NH. It was a long ride, but they were courteous, friendly, attentive and made sure we were as comfortable as can be in a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter. Can't thank everyone enough for all their help. I can't say enough good things about our experience with everyone from Shannon who took my initial call to accounting who called for follow up. The vehicle was everything I expected and more.
