Our 11 hour ride from the acute care rehabilitation hospital through Ozark mountains in Northwest Arkansas to our son's home in northern Illinois was smooth as glass. My husband had surgery for a brain tumor, and developed a stroke and was paralyzed on one side. We needed to be closer to a specialized cancer treatment center and had to make arrangements with less than 48 hours preparation. I was so pleased you guys put up with me for a whole month before I got the date booked and I was very happy with the arrangement and you guys keep me posted. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone. Every time I called everybody was so nice on the phone to me thank you again.
ACC Medlink was extremely helpful in coordinating transportation for my mother-in-law to be relocated from Tennessee to Florida. The team of drivers and medic were pleasant, prompt, and professional. They treated my mother-in-law with dignity and respect. Thank you for attending to her needs and getting her safely to us!

ACC Medlink was the best part of a horrible situation we were dealing with with my mother. ACC Medlink offered a beacon of hope and they safely transported my mother from a horrible nursing facility in Atlanta to a nice place in Florida. I can't thank them enough for all the help and compassion they offered during this hard time.
The entire ACC Medlink team made transporting my grandmother the five hours from North Carolina to Virginia so easy. I was worried my grandmother would be uncomfortable for the long drive, but she ended up having a blast with Michael, Desmond, and Tim. I would definitely recommend them for any transport needs!
