From the first phone call, the staff at ACC Medlink was helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. Their follow up and communication during our situation was spot on and their entire staff (office and vehicle transport) enabled us to make it through a tough situation with ease. My mother was kicked out of an assisted living facility in Buffalo NY and we had to quickly arrange transportation to Pittsburgh PA. I searched online and researched available options. My mother was in an extremely bad medical situation in a hospital in Rochester NY. Her life was in danger and she was rapidly fading. We knew we had to get our mother home and to quality medical care post much haste. It was a very stressful time for my wife and myself.
