The whole transport for mom from Georgia to New Jersey was awesome. The whole crew did a fantastic job from pick up to arrival at moms new location in New Jersey. Myself and family want to thank you for the professionalism and communication that was provided throughout the trip!

Families face very difficult circumstances when they need to transport an elderly member of the family a long distance. We recently faced that situation and we count our blessings that we located ACC Medlink to provide us such a service. The entire experience from initial contact over the web to the phone calls, pick up to drop off was EXCELLENT!! The entire operation is professional, courteous and personable. I couldn't believe how great they handled both my dad who went from Florida to NJ with a TBI to my mom who traveled with him. The transition to the nursing staff at the facility receiving my dad was so amazing and they made sure dad was in great care before leaving. We had to transport my father from Florida to Ohio. The travel coordinators were excellent from my first call and throughout the process and transport. The crew took exceptional care of my father and brought him to us safely and on time. The transport ambulance was first class and provided excellent comfort. The crew made sure everything was working and ok with my father before they left. The price was well below other transport ambulance services.

ACC Medlink made relocation possible for us. The alternative was to risk stress level injury leading to possible septicemia (experienced in the past). The crew was super supportive and made the trip very pleasant. The only suggestions we have is to make sure the vehicle maintenance is up to date per trip. There was some concern between team members on the van's performance that my wife (the patient) over heard.
