What can I say but, WOW. My friend (I am her medical POA & durable POA) received the devastating news that her cancer was terminal after leaving home in West Virginia to get treated at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. I was reluctant about using a transport service at first, but ACC Medlink really put my mind at ease. They were easy to get in contact with, answered the phone every time I called. They explained everything very well, so I knew what I was getting myself into. The transport crew was professional, timely, and courteous. I really enjoyed working with them and will recommend to others.
