While I was not on board when my Aunt was transferred from TX to KS, my sister, who did ride a long couldn't say enough positive things about the experience. Professionalism, efficiency and the tremendous care and compassion they offered were mentioned several times. The entire process from the initial call to them getting my Aunt settled in her now location was seamless. You made what could have been a nerve racking event into such a pleasant experience. We are so grateful.

This service was a godsend to us! They transferred our mother from Florida to New York and she received the very best of care. We were updated every step of the way. Linda Curtis and Anthony did a wonderful job keeping her comfortable and made for a very easy transition. We can’t thank them all enough. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a long distance transport!

What can I say but, WOW. My friend (I am her medical POA & durable POA) received the devastating news that her cancer was terminal after leaving home in West Virginia to get treated at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. I had made a promise to her that I would not let her die away from home. She said she wanted to spend her last days in her home among friends. I was reluctant about using a transport service at first, but ACC Medlink really put my mind at ease. They were easy to get in contact with, answered the phone every time I called. They explained everything very well, so I knew what I was getting myself into. The transport crew was professional, timely, and courteous. I really enjoyed working with them and will recommend to others.
