They were supposed to rebuild the engine I sent them. They sent me a different engine and it is defective. A freeze plug and a timing chain guides were not replaced. The freeze plug was rusted and had a hole in it leaked water into the oil and sent water threw out the engine. The Timing chain guides on 1 side was old and wasn't tight the bolts were loose . I sent my engine core refund back to AE and I have called at least 80 times and I get no answer. I just want my engine core refund.
Worst experience ever should have done better on checking they're reviews. Had to send first motor back cus it didn't work still waiting on the other one been 2 months. You can't get anyone on the phone and God forbid you get Lanny and his shitty attitude and customer service. He'll tell you something and when you call him out on something he will deny and say he never said that to either try and keep your money or make you wait longer on your purchase. Company isa total fraud. The warranty they sell is fraud. I bought an engine that bearings went with less than 19,000 miles & 7 months left on warranty that came with it due to inept person putting together the lower end. Company repeatedly refuses to honor warranty.
Lanny and Frank are scum bags, I’m out $6000 on a engine that I ran for 20,000 miles. Engine done 2/21 stared eating fluid on 7/22. 20,000 miles for $6000 they won’t let me pay my warranty cause engine is bad. NO PRIDE in their work.
its said i had to give this company even a 1 star, engine was junk after 15,000 miles, would not warranty anything , had to take my engine to another shoop to fix it again, this company is trash, please save you money, time, headaches for a different company

I've decided to put a new engine and transmission in my 24 year old truck and checked around on prices. My mechanic told me that he had an issue with Accurate Engines a number of years ago when an engine went bad, they said he installed it wrong so he stopped using them. The price difference between them and another leading company is significant so i started asking questions of a salesman at Accurate. The first engine I ordered from them didn't work. They agreed to pay for a new engine and the cost of reinstalling it. The replacement engine failed within a couple months, they refused to honor their warranty and did not pay for the reinstall of the first one. Lanny is dishonest and will block your calls rather than honor his contract.
