🛑🛑🛑Buyers beware🛑🛑🛑 This is the WORST company EVER!!!! I brought an engine in November 2019 for a 2010 Chevy Silverado hybrid and 2 engines later still don't have the correct engine. The lack of communication with this company is horrible. I've never delt with a business that only texts, it seem like. I thought I did my homework with reading the reviews and researching but clearly not well enough. 2021 still no motor nor my money back. Just PLEASE DON'T NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered an engine from Accurate with huge disappointment from a salesman Tony. He sold me an engine to be shipped in a few days. After two weeks I called and the service rep at the company said he told Tony we didn't have a core and needed mine to build it. Twice he dropped the ball and as a boat rental company owner I rely on having the fleet up ASAP. Thank you Tony for costing me so much money and your horrible attitude when I spoke with you. You should be fired for your gross incompetence.
I had a 2008 F150 5.4L and needed a new engine.. They pulled the original, totally remanufactured it, and had it installed in 5 days start to finish and 6 months later it’s running like new yet. The extedned unlimited time warranty for both parts and labor is unmatched in the industry, as far as I could tell.
I dont know why we dont have a criminal auto division in Michigan. They would be responsible for shutting down businesses like Accurate Engines. These guys are the worst. Most people don't know you can have an outside company write 5 star reviews for your business. Sad but true. That must be the only reason for any of the 5 star reviews. After driving out of my way to Grandville and overpaying for my rebuilt engine i noticed a shake when the car moved side to side. Turns out they forgot the motor mount bolts. 9000 miles on a new motor it came unglued in August under their 100,000 mile warranty. They have had the vehicle twice now since they rebuilt it burns blue smoke right out of the back of the motor. Don't let this company touch your vehicle spend extra and take it to a OEM dealer. By the way Issues started in August of 2019 it now October 23, 2019.

Horrible customer service. Blatant lies. 1 week they say reman’d engine going through warranty inspection, the next they say it’ll be 3 more weeks bc don’t have a matching engine.
