We purchased a re-manufactured engine 01/22/2019 and sent core as directed - they received it on 02/08/2019. At that time, they did not state we needed to send by certain date to secure the one they had one hand. They confirmed receipt of core on 02/08/19 and tech stated it would be ready by end of week and they would send back week of 18th. Terrible company my poor friend is having a nightmare of a time. They told her 3 weeks on her truck it's now 9 very rude to her on the phone. Guess she is going to have to get the attorney general involved.
PATHETIC would be the understatement of the year! They were quick to get my money only to tell me after TWO WEEKS that their inventory system was 'slow' and they didn't have my 5.4 Ford motor they promised was "In stock". It took anther three weeks to get the engine. Once professionally installed we found out they didn't send the REQUIRED new programmer! Nor did they mention one would be required. After NUMEROUS phone calls it took them over TWO MONTHS to get me one! Now I have an oil leak, sent in the required claim forms..... read more
Yeah I don't know if you fucking guys got my message or not this is A One Siding you guys did a F3 50 for me rebuild it it cost me like $4500 and you don't have the balls enough to call me back I had nothing but problems with this vehicle you guys had the everything fucked up on it !!!!! Worst ever sent me a bad engine not all parts came with as described during purchasing motor ... took 14 extra days to get parts ... drove my truck 6 miles and a cylinder head blew along with push rods . Had to pay out of pocket to pull motor said it was a 48-72 hour turn around with a different block ... They rebuilt the same block I purchased and failed to send back the timing sprocket and freeze plug and said they would only pay 55 an hour to do the swap again what a joke no one touches these trucks for less than $95 took... read more
Crappy service can never get anyone to answer the phone in the warranty department.
I purchase a a engine from these guys in 2014 in 2 years I put right at 10,000 miles on the engine 3500 of those miles was break in miles so I could put the synthetic oil in the car barely drive the car 10,000 miles later it's costing me over $2,000 in engine work bad lifters metal in my oil pan metal on my MDS solenoid and as I read the reviews I see that these engines are nothing but a piece of crap their way out is to tell me take the engine out of the car and send it back it's cheaper for me just to pay the $2,000 and ... read more
