We live nearby and every time we go to acme to try and get a table they have already closed and are not accepting anymore customers. They are listed to close at 9 however on Memorial Day weekend they closed at 8 PM. EIGHT. Tacky jacks was packed and still serving anymore that walked up. This has happened to us several times. Not just holiday weekends. Apparently they do NOT need the business and have plenty of money. Save your time and go somewhere else that is willing to serve you and stay open a little later.

Got there at 7 pm on Saturday night and was told they were at capacity and were not taking anybody else. Woman at the door was rude ! We will NEVER be back !
Can’t tell you if it is good food or not, didn’t receive our full order.
They try so hard to say “no” to the customer. It’s disappointing how they go out of their way to ruin what should be an awesome experience at a cool restaurant. Food good, atmosphere good -service is awful
Just had the worst experience at Acme. The hostess that seated us was so rude. Before we could even get inside she rudely told us to put on our mask and apparently she didn’t like how we put them on because she felt that she needed to give us (adults) instructions on how we should wear them. Management was horrible, advised us wait time was an hour, My Family and I waited past an hour & I requested management. We were told a table was being prepared for my family & I. They’d passed by us the entire drone without acknowledging us, I’ll never recommend or return this ACME location, I’ve always had great experiences at ACME in New Orleans, this one was HORRIFIC.
Excellent food and service. Can't help but wonder about the turnover of good servers due to the lack of management skills and professionalism of those in charge. Pity that headquarters allows this location to represent the whole company. When a manager on duty refuses to come to a customer that has a concern something should be done.
Overpriced, not worth the wait. Much better non chain restaurants in the area.
As a local spending my money to support a restaurant, I felt completely disrespected. Will never darken the doorway there ever again
