Nice place, server was ok, just not attentive. Grilled Oysters were very good, gumbo plain, over rice, nothing in it. Cocktails were excellent.. There was a waiting time to get in, about 15 minutes but most of the tables were empty. Thinging it was an off season help shortage.. Don't know that I would go back anytime soon, too many other good places to try..
Very common food. Amazingly, these folks don't know anything about cajun food. Our friends said the charbroiled oysters were great but red beans and rice and jambalaya were not even edible.
We waited forever for our food. We did have a party if18 so I gave them some slack, even though it was not busy. I finally asked and she brought everyone's food then-but mine. Lol. The food was terrible. Not many of our 18 were pleased. I will not go back. Too many good, friendly places at the beach to choose from
We ate at Acmee in Gulf Shores couple of months ago. It seems overpriced. If you order a whole po- boy, you have to buy fries extra which totals at like eighteen bucks. We got a large seafood platter. It had way too many fries but not enough seafood. Beautiful restaurant and great atmosphere. We loved the location but will not go back.
One of the worst meals we had. Had to spit out several of the oysters. Nasty.
It was over priced for what it was. My fried oysters were so chewy I could even chew them down to swallow them. Two of my family members had to send back their crab claws because they tasted funny and got charged for the shrimp they replaced them with. Not worth the high price! Go to Sea n suds!
The food was good but the portions were small for the price. The waitress could not have been any nicer but the food took forever to come out. There are too many other options to return here.
