First time to eat here and I was disappointed. Service was not good and the portion for the price was not equal. Also taste of food was not all that great either. Also 2.00 to have croutons and a sprinkle of cheese on your salad is radiculous.
Had to ask for salad. When it finally got there, it wasn't worth eating. Very little food, and it did not taste good. Very disappointed-spend your money elsewhere.
We had a party of 8. I hate the automatic gratuity!!! I am a great tipper but our service was not up to the 18% we were automatically charged. Raw and Charbroiled oysters were great!!! Oyster shooters were horrible!!! Fish Pontchtrains only flavor was salt!! Extremely salty!! Would go back for oysters and that's it!!!
I am a local & love taking friends & family here. I always recommend Acme. We met 4 out of town friends tonight & we were very disappointed. Crab cakes had too much batter , fried to much, with very little crab meat. Mixed vegetables were cooked until they were soggy. We had to ask for condiments for the po-boys...we chose to dine on the porch but the "FLIES" also joined us !!!! Ugh !!! It was not pleasant.
We had our grandbaby who had a happy meal . They said no outside food allowed .There were ( and I pointed it out )SEVERAL families had Tupperware bowls for their baby. All ten of us went next door to TACKY JACKS Where they welcomed us and gave us a plate to put the babies food on . ACME is rude ,bad service ,and the locals know it . Management is terrible
I'll start by saying that the food was excellent! The reason I give this place a 1 is because of the service. We were very disappointed because we loved it last time we were there. Our server was just crazy REALLY bad.
The service was the worst I been to only reason we eat there was we keep seeing this place from lulus and decided to give it a try BIG mistake waiter did not check on us but one time my wife seat there with out a drink for 10 mins before waiter even asked was everything ok at that point we where sick of the poor service I ordered a beer and didn't get it till half way done eating what I ordered if you can call that food I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy
