This dealer is the best. I spent three weeks trying to find the right car for my wife and I. I searched consumer reports, craigslist in various cites around the country, contacted a number of dealers most of which showed little interest of dealing on the phone oe internet. These other dealers wanted me to "come in" so they could hit me with their " high pressure sales pitch", like going to a time share presentation. Not Acura of Peoria. I was greeted with smiles and professionally dressed people. They all treated me like they really wanted to help me locate the car I wanted. Aaron worked quickly and was eager to show me all the bells and whistles on the new MDX I purchased. Aaron was knowledgeable and up to date on all the new changes in the 2014 model. My new car was delivered just as promised and I love it. From the sales supervisor to the Financial department I was made to feel special. This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from this dealership.
I saw the vehicle that I was internet and contacted Acura of Peoria. Aaron Seabaugh, the Internet Sales manager was extremely friendly and worked with me get the price of the vehicle to an amount that I could afford. I was given more for my trade in than I had expected. Aaron also contacted the previous owners to run down the second key that was missing. Overall, all of the people there treated us very nice. Aaron was great, not pushy, he actually talked to me, (the woman) and not just to my husband. Everyone was great to work with, even the sales manager who we who introduced to before we even decided to buy a car, so when we returned the next day and negotiated the deal, the sales manager actually knew who we were. Ray in finance was also great, gave us some great ideas on the financing to make it even cheaper that what we were going to do with our Credit Union. Had service on my 1994 Interga. I am very pleased with Vince Hancock because he is very professional and informative. I talked with the service director, Gary Callis, and told him thatr I am very pleased with the service techs and the loaner car program. My friend has a new CTS that needed service and for a loaner car they went next door to the dealer and they were given a Chevy from Enterprise Car Rental. My girlfriend and I visited the Acura of Peoria dealership in order to look into a few possible options for purchasing a new vehicle and trading in our '06 Mazda. Bought my 2004 honda civic here . i had a great experience. it was funny, fun, and it was my first car. I was VERY happy with the price and the car. I had brought my car to service there SO MUCH.. the service dept is OKEY .. some guys are so good & nice and others are so so. but i would def recommend this place! SARA IS THE BEST :)
