Had service on my 1994 Interga. I am very pleased with Vince Hancock because he is very professional and informative. I talked with the service director, Gary Callis, and told him thatr I am very pleased with the service techs and the loaner car program. My friend has a new CTS that needed service and for a loaner car they went next door to the dealer and they were given a Chevy from Enterprise Car Rental. My girlfriend and I visited the Acura of Peoria dealership in order to look into a few possible options for purchasing a new vehicle and trading in our '06 Mazda. Bought my 2004 honda civic here . i had a great experience. it was funny, fun, and it was my first car. I was VERY happy with the price and the car. I had brought my car to service there SO MUCH.. the service dept is OKEY .. some guys are so good & nice and others are so so. but i would def recommend this place! SARA IS THE BEST :)
Outstanding overall experience. Great communciation before, during, and after my first visit to Acura of Peoria. I recently moved to Phoenix and I'm very happy to find a great dealer to take my car to for service. Vince went above and beyond my expectations.
Mike King took great care of us when we went to get our complimentary oil change. He made sure the car was taken care of and he was incredibly polite. Ryan Veretto was a pleasure to work with as well. I have dealt with Ryan on three occasions. First, I got an oil change and he was professional and polite during our interaction. Later that day, the AC on our vehicle started having issues. I took it back to the dealer but unfortunately they were unable to duplicate the problem. I needed to visit the service center due to a recall notice for my 2004 MDX. Mike King was very attentive to my needs and was able to answer the questions I had about my car even though they were not related to the recall work. Since I needed to stay at the dealership while the work was done I was able to visit with Alex Gonzalez about some of the new features on the newer models of the MDX and the RDX. He was able to give me some information to consider for the future.
I want to first of by saying I typically never rate, or provide feedback. Today is an exception as I had one of the most positive experiences with Acura of Peoria. I was about to go sign final paperwork at another dealer when I decided to call Acura of Peoria. When Ben Quail picked up the phone I cut straight to the point and let him know what I was looking for (price, milage, etc) he indicated he would beat whatever dealership! This was my 3rd car from Doug and this Dealership. I have nothing but praise for all involved and will for sure be coming back for my next car. Doug was extremely helpful in showing me cars of interest and filling me in on everything to consider about the vehicle and pricing. I hope he never leaves because I would be at a disadvantage finding what I want/need the next time.
