Never have I trusted a car dealers service department. Acura of Peoria has turned that thought process around completely. I don't get that icky feeling I am accustomed to when I service my vehicle there. 5+ years serviceing my vehicle here and always enjoy taking it there. No one does it better!

I can always be sure that when I bring my vehicle to Mike I won't get a list of things my car doesn't need. He always shows me a report detailing what the technician sees and works through them on a 1 by 1 basis to discern what can and can't wait to be taken care of. Always a good experience, great people, good coffee.

Everytime I take my vehicle in I know I am in good hands. The service team always offers great service and a great value. Even though I don't take them up on it they offer to wash and vacuum my vehicle at no charge every time I visit, even if I am just there to have air put in the tires. I have enjoyed their service so much I have stopped taking my Honda to the local Honda dealer and having them service it at Acura. I just purchased used 2008 Lexus Ls460 in this Acura Dealer and very happy with you guys service and fast. If anyone want to find a used or new car go see Fred and Caleb.

Just wanted to say thank you for the pleasant experience I had buying my Acura at Peoria Acura. Matthew Brunson was very professional through the entire process. He worked with me from start to finish even though it was Sunday and I couldn't get there till after closing. Thanks Matt!! A word about the Service department... I was trying to find a used card for my daughter and Aaron and Matthew were awesome! Matthew showed us several cars over the course of a couple weeks to find exactly what my daughter was looking for. Aaron was able to let us know right away when a car that fit our needs came in on trade the previous evening. From the initial call to the minute I walk into the dealer. I felt like the most important customer. Mathew treated me and my son with the upmost respect and courtesy. this is the 4th car I buy at a big dealer and this was the easiest and most friendly dealer with the real no pressure car buying experience. starting with Mathew and every one I came in contact with they were all great. Mathew Brunson was our sales person and he was Awesome! One thing we really liked about him is he didn't force us into anything unlike some other dealerships that can't take No for an answer. We had great service and we are enjoying our new car we purchased. If u need an honest sales person check Mathew out! You won't regret I promise!

We leased a 2014 RDX from Aaron at Acura of Peoria. Aaron provided us with a very thorough description of the features for both the RDX and MDX models. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. Aaron was very up front and made the whole process transparent. We left feeling that we got a fair deal.
