Vince is great, loaner car is nice prices still too high. I understand the higher prices at a dealership to cover the loaner car and amenedies but somewhat competitive prices would be nice.
Excellent service always given at Acura of Peoria! In this case, I had an issue without an appointment and they handled my situation quickly without any hassle at all.
Doug was friendly and knew all about the RDX that we wanted to purchase. He was especially helpful in the setup of our phones and showing us how to work the GPS. We love our new RDX Frank and Annette
I have an Acura Care Extended Warrantee and my MDX also needed differential oil change out. I described some symptoms I had been observing lately and Ryan said they would be checked out during servicing. He later called to inform me Acura would be changing out my transmission, some motor mounts, and CV boots. I am really appreciative that Acura showed the willingness to proceed under warrantee without any hassle. I am very high on Acura. Thanks again.
I appreciate the ability to describe what needs to be done, although sometimes it is a little overwhelming when it comes to the price. I appreciate the understanding and working with me with what I can get done and afford at the moment, not that I don't plan to get done all that is suggested but maybe just not all at once. Life is a budget, although our government doesn't believe in one. Although the sales and finance department were substandard if you require to have your car serviced then Vince is the man to see. Unfortunately I had to visit the service department at the Acura dealership because the vehicle I purchased (only had for 3 weeks -2010 TSX) had issues. The transmission and various fluids had to be replaced. I would say a serious issue for such a newer vehicle. Anyhow,I had to leave my vehicle for 5 days for the repairs.
