I appreciate the ability to describe what needs to be done, although sometimes it is a little overwhelming when it comes to the price. I appreciate the understanding and working with me with what I can get done and afford at the moment, not that I don't plan to get done all that is suggested but maybe just not all at once. Although the sales and finance department were substandard if you require to have your car serviced then Vince is the man to see. Unfortunately I had to visit the service department at the Acura dealership because the vehicle I purchased (only had for 3 weeks -2010 TSX) had issues. The transmission and various fluids had to be replaced. I would say a serious issue for such a newer vehicle. Anyhow,I had to leave my vehicle for 5 days for the repairs. Paul and Darren are very good at what they do. Paul can be a bit pushy and melodramatic - but bottom line is, he wants the customer to be happy walking out the door. Once we decided on the price, everything else was smooth. Thorough professionals. I knew what I wanted and they never pushed me to anything else. 5/5.

Ken was friendly and extremely helpful. Not only was he able to help get me get good rate on a loan but also helped afterwards when setting up car insurance. Saved a bunch on that thanks to him!.
All the folks we have worked with are very friendly and do listen to our concerns. Though we bought our car right before the Christmas, they have made good efforts during the busy holiday period to take care of the detailing and any necessary repair to our satisfaction. Great people and dealer to work with! We'll go back for future services though we live a little far away from it.
