Mike King was an excellent service rep in my initial phone call, and the service department was awaiting my arrival on the appointed day and time. I found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and on the relative importance of repairing the various items that were discovered by the technician (J. Olinger) during a once-over of the car.
