Dale is very conscience, friendly and he goes the extra mile to get the deal done. Dale also is very good on following up with the customer. Dale also has good knowledge of the Acura product which make the Acura experience better for the customers. I love Acura and looking for a bright future of dealing with Dale and Acura of Peoria. Acura of Peoria has very good customer service.
Dale was AWESOME.... he was helpful, friendly and didnt rush to get a sale. There has been a few issues that are out of HIS control but he has worked over and beyond trying to makes these issues right. Again Dale was great.... Go see him if you can :)
Heather and Fred were very helpful in showing us the different models and differences between each model. They were very patient when we were deciding which model and answered all on our questions. Paul added too much drama when working with us. Paul disrespected Heather when talking to her, in front of me.

Dale was very friendly and sincere about helping us find a good clean used car for under $10k. He was patient with us as we changed our minds a few times. He also was persistent to keep checking his inventory for trade-ins to see if there was anything coming in that may fit our needs. We felt that the quality of service that Dale gave us is rare in today's world and he deserves recognition for a job well done. Thank you Dale!

Very satisfied with my experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and the deal I wanted to make. I had been to another dealership, but they could not get to the number I needed to be at. Both Dale and Eileen were very helpful and were respectful of my time. I can't say I have ever enjoyed looking for a car but this time it came close. Should have gone to this dealership first.

John Vandivert is personable and down to earth...no BS. Mr Quail went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we were happy and satisfied after we bought our new car. Mr Dave (the GM) was kind enough to introduce himself and offer future assistance should we need anything.
I take both my RDX and TSX for service at Acura of Peoria because they always provide a quality service at a competitive price. Couple that with the fact that Mike King is a very knowledgeable and pleasant service rep and the whole experience is very rewarding.
