My wife and I had been looking for a used car for weeks and finally found a great deal listed online with Acura of Peoria. After taking the car out for a test drive with Glenn Dobson, who was a pleasure to work with, we decided to sit down go over the final price. Doug Randall was very helpful and informative. Buying a car is a rather lengthy process, but his expertise and witty sense of humor kept the whole thing upbeat. Eileen was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions about the MDX. During the test drive she answered all my questions about how the car worked and how the" techie" things worked. I felt very at ease with her. I shared with her how I planned to find the correct car for our family and she understood that I was not planning on buying a car the first day. Acura of Peoria had several used TL's we were interested in. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Aaron Seabaugh and Darren Maus. Aaron took the time to listen to what we were looking for and assisted with showing us the 2010 TL we had seen on line. Darren was very friendly and casual. He did not come on with a hard sell. The price was fair and the sales people did fair negotiating. I was happy with the deal. They added extras like chrome wheels and new mats to make the deal happen.
I was greeted professional, not pushy or forcibly. I appreciated that. I was re-establishing credit and did not want a high auto pymt. Everyone was very pleasant until we got the pymnt where I could afford it with the GAP and WARRANTY included. I am very pleased. And I found a dealership for life. I already have two people who want to go to Acura of peoria.
