I went into Acura Peoria to check out the TSX Sports Wagon. I was immediately approached by Fred Peralta. He was there to answer all my questions in a very casual (no pressure) way. He took me for a test drive and introduced me to Ben Quail. They both said they were at my service and they would do whatever they could to make a deal. Doug is professional, patient, and takes all the time you need to make a decision. He makes you feel comfortable that you almost forget you are at a car dealership. As long as Doug is there I will continue coming there. He is an asset to the company.

We bought a TSX in July 2008 from Acura of Peoria and we were so disgusted with the service that we vowed to never return. Since then we have only done business with Arrowhead Honda (for two new car purchases) and that's where we have referred all of our friends and family to over the years (for three more new car purchases). We first started out at the Acura of Tempe store, but was not willing to work with us on our request to purchase the vehicle. I had a wonderful experience buying a new Acura TSX sportswagon from this dealership. I arrived and was warmly greeted by the receptionist and offered water. I was given a very competitve quote online and when I showed up the paperwork was ready and the car was filled up and detailed. They honored all of the numbers that we had agreed to online.
