Mike King is always courtious and makes sure car servicing is done correctly. If there was ever an issue, Mike saw that it was corrected. Mike in my mind goes above to be sure work is done right. Mike has provided this great service onour two TSX vehicles.
Mike in service was very helpful and professional. There was an issue with the door on my car and they had it fixed very quickly.
Ryan was professional and courteous on the phone and in person. I was pressed for time when dropping off my vehicle and obtaining a loaner car and Ryan was ready for me when i arrived. I've been servicing my 07 RDX here for 2 years now and its always great customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone whos looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. If your getting a 30,45,or 60K vehicle maintenance this dealership provides great loaner vehicles while your waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Again I find myself completely flabbergasted with the personal service and attention to detail with Acura of Peoria, We purchased a car not more than 2 months ago from Eileen Roberts, (a wonderful, amazing sales person) and this week we noticed an issue with the car. I had a great experience with the team, their quality of work is so good and at the same time they are all is so kind to customers.
I was happy with my 30k mile service. They were able to get me in quickly, provided a loaner and the price of the service was reasonable.
