We purchased our first Acura RL from this dealership two weeks ago and the car was a lease turn in. As such there were a few minor items to correct like floor mats, key-fob batteries, cup holder and the dealership couldn't be more helpful. Everyone from Paul the sales manager, Glen the rep, and Ryan the service advisor have been a delight to work with. 5-Star service and hope the car performs as well as the sales team.
Service has always been professional and timely. Pricing has been great as well. I can always get a loaner car, even on short notice. Thanks Ryan.
Mike did a good job taking care of me and the work for my MDX. Had a timing belt done and was not charged for any other items. I have 2 Acura's in another State and every time I did this service they told me I should do the water pump and found other things to replace. Mike told me pump was fine and no need to replace it.. I like an honest dealer for service.
I just purchased my second Acura from this dealership. My experience from the first inquiry to driving off of the lot was outstanding. I love the car (my second TL)and have always had outstanding service from the Service Department in particular Mike King. I continue to recommend both the car and the dealership to family and friends.

I brought my MDX in for the 75,000 mile service. My MDX had previously been serviced at an Acura dealership out of state and Ryan looked at all my paper records to ensure what service was required. Ryan provided me a loaner car while my car was in the shop. It was a painless process. I called Ryan the other day when my Nav unit blanked out due to a dead battery. In the very short time I have interacted with Ryan Veretto, I can undoubtedly attest that he is the paramount reason I take My Acura TL to Acura of Peoria all the way from Chandler, bypassing Tempe and Scottsdale. Ryan was extremely nice and knowledgeable from the moment I talked with him on the phone. I explained to him that my Mom had passed away and I had not been in to service the Integra for some time. He verified it had been over 2 1/2 years since the last service visit. He was very understanding and kind and assured me everything would be fine.
