Ryan Veretto has been top-notch in all my service visits with my 2013 RDX. He always took care of my vehicle the same day and had a loner vehicle waiting for me when I dropped mine off.

In the purchase of our Acura TSX, Fred was very helpful. He gave excellent service, explained everything clearly and let us know he would be available after the sale if we had further questions. We have used this dealership for several years for service on our other Acura. And although twice we did have some problems with that service, the dealership has gone out of their way to make it up to us so we will continue to have our Acura's serviced there.
I have taken my car into Scottsdale Acura since I purchased it in 2005. A few months ago I happen to be on the west side and decided to utilize Acura of Peoria. Ryan Veretto served me and since that day I have never been back to Scottsdale. Ryan is an exceptional service advisor who needs to be singled out for the manner in which he treated me. RYAN WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH. I CAME IN WITH NO APPOINTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE WAS ADVISED IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR AND HALF. HE CAME BACK 1/2 LATER AND SAID I WAS READY TO GO. TRUCK WASHED AND READY. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
