Steve Hamilton did an outstanding job accomodating my needs along with those of my family. He was extremely patient and helped us overcome financial restraints in order to get us in the vehicle we wanted. He spent a great deal of time over several days searching vehicles and evetually found us exactly what we were looking for. I had a very positive experience at this dealership.
We first wen to this dealership to trade in our BMW for a sedan but decided that we would just compare it so ended up with an MDX instead. We love the car and Ben and Steve did all that they could to get us the best deal possible. Superior sales and service department!!! The sales staff is always responsive to any request that I require. Service has made a point of staying late when I need something at the last minute. I feel this dealer/service location provides quick attention to my needs and always makes me feel like family.
We went to acura of north scottsdale first since we live near there. We wanted thier price and shop other dealers. We got thier price and called other acura dealers. Acura in peoria made it very simple over the phone and told us that they will beat Acura of north scottsdale's deal by 500 to 1000 dollars. We went there and car was pulled up front and ready to see.
