I purchased my new Acura last week, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had my salesmen Darren Maus was great to work. He was knowledgeable and honest and he helped me pick a vehicle that fit not only my needs but my wallet as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family

I had the best car buying experience of my life with these guys. I am 62 years old and have purchased about 25 cars in my life, but Steve Hamilton and Brijen Dave are absolutely the best of any salespersons I've ever worked with. If you are in the market for a car...do yourself a favor and call Steve or Brijen at Acura of Peoria.

Acura of Peoria has a professional sales staff and the very helpful and knowledgeable sale person I worked with made buying my Acura a breeze. The process went extremly smooth and in the back where you did the paper work was really easy too. I will send my family and friends to this dealership

The sales rep was knowledgable and friendly. The dealership had a great inventory to choose from. Overall this was the best car buying experience thus far. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I will also return for future auto needs. Keep up the good work!

I cannot recommend this dealership. While they initially treated me well, when the used vehicle I purchased had issues, they did not live up to their promise to help me fix the minor issues to make it right (which was literally promised to me by they sales person, including one of their lead salesmen - Steve Hoffman... do NOT believe anything this man tells you! He promised me he would help me fix the issue with the vehicle I purchased from them, but when I reached back out, he refused to respond and never helped me again. I... read more

We stopped in yesterday, Jan 11th, to take a look at the SUV. The sales girl immediately took down all our info and we were very clear we just wanted to look at one first to see if we liked it. She then asked for our car keys, we said no we aren't comfortable with that. We just want to look at the Acura, so she was looked irritated and said she had to talk to manager. Interested in a vehicle advertised priced at $11998 When called for more information about the vehicle price increased with $5000 to $16988 Reason for that: 1. Shipping 2500$ - even though I said I would personally pick up the vehicle , 2. Difference of 2500$ for some paint protection. Unfortunately thats what is happening these days. This dealership deserves 0 stars

Worst place to get your acura parts from there. Quality of the parts made my issue with emission system worse because if the very poor quality. And the return policy is nit clear on the website, so there is no return unless you didn’t open the product so how do you know it’s bad quality and not working ? By magic plus you pay for the return cost. Good luck with the bad quality bad parts and bad customer service.

My own experience and subsequent review are based on pricing, lack of upfront transparency, and unnecessary add-ons that inflated the advertised price of the car by 22.5% (not including taxes, title, and registration). Today I was interested in the Nissan Altima.
