I live out of state and purchased a car from this dealership. I paid cash and my son picked up the car. I did not receive the title to the car and they have told me they do not have it and are trying to get it from another state. What respectable dealership sells a car they do not have the title for? I have no timeline of when or even if the title is clean. I would steer clear of this place, especially Victor!

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Salesman had every excuse for why the AC was not great on a 2-year-old car. When it came to price suddenly a used car went up over $3000 in extra "options" that could not be removed from a used car, and they refused to work on price at all. Bait and switch on the sticker price as they said the online price was just "not updated yet". I would never recommend this place to anyone with these shady practices. Should be illegal to post a price online and not disclose there are ext... read more

Dealership refused to cancel/refund an add-on warranty. I bought the car 10 days ago and the contract says the warranty is cancellable within 30 days of purchase. I consider this to be unethical and illegal and am looking into legal options to reverse the transactions. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Watch out for these guys. Was in need of a car after an accident and didn't have a whole lot of time. Car was advertised on-line at reasonable price. I flew from out of town to buy. Upon arriving, Acura jacked up the price with extras they refused to remove and insisted I Had to finance with them or pay even more even though I had other options. With costs of flying, hotel, etc. I made an economic decision to go ahead and buy. Car is fine. However, this felt like a bad bait and switch. If you are not going to actually sell t... read more

Poor experience, vehicle had a loud noise from the back during the test drive - was told the noise was from the new snow tires installed. Brought back 2 weeks later and ended up paying $2800 in repairs for damaged right & left lower arm and rear struts, was told by Service the car should have never left the lot. Also advised I bought a 'lower end car' (very insensitive), apparently my money for a used car had no value whatsoever.

Brought my 2017 Acura RDX in with a brake issue. I explained that I had replaced the rotors on the car twice and that was not the reason the brakes shook the wheel when braking. $185.00 later they came back that the 2 day old rotors were warped and wanted to do a complete brake job for $1500.00. Drove away upset and started reviewing the issue myself. Replaced the calipers and found that the left one was not functioning properly and replaced the front calipers and the problem went away. Got a call from Melanie and wanted to ... read more

If I could give Acura of Peoria zero stars I would. I called and made an appointment to view a car and was texting the sales associates to confirm status as we were driving down from Prescott. Not only did we not get any notice that the car was sold, but the front desk sales associate told us he would call us back with the status and never called back. Huge waste of time. Don’t trust Acura of Peoria, they don’t respect their customers. You should take your business elsewhere!

I was told byDevin Ferrer, Service Advisor, that my 2015 Acura RDX needs a replacement of an intermediate shaft assembly because it is leaking oil, cost to me around $1,600. A second opinion indicated that I have all electronic parts, and it has no oil or transmission fluid to leak. The picture given to me was a generic picture, not my car. The previous time I was there was to check my air conditioner. I paid around $300 when the problem could have been solved for maybe $50. I have been doing business with Acura Dealers for ... read more

Embarrassing honestly. Pricing makes no sense and when we were asking questions. The manager got really upset and was disrespectful and rude when we were trying to understand the situation. They tried to bait and switch us with a warranty that was supposed to be built into the price. Never buy a car here!!!
