Was ready to purchase a 2010 Acura RL. Talked to Steve the day before and he indicated the car was in stock and ready to be viewed. Drove 45 miles the next day only to find out dealer lied about vechile being in stock. In fact, the vehicle was not even allocated to that dealership! They lied just to get me in there. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP DUE TO A LACK OF HONESTY AND INTEGRITY!

First off, my sales person Paul was the absolute best sales guy I have ever worked with - period. The whole situation was pretty high pressure, but what car dealership isn't these days and in this economy? Paul was incredibly friendly, went above and beyond, just great! That being said, the finance department at this dealership is an absolute joke. This dealer replaced my A/C compressor at a cost of $1000 and when it was bad, wouldn't not honor the warranty. The worst part is the deception in telling me it wasn't bad when two other repair shops said the compressor was obviously bad. I eventually went to N. Scottsdale Acura owned by Penske and they fixed it. My wife wants to buy a new Acura, and we are getting quotes thru Edmunds, where the fleet manager is suppose to mail back a quote. I recently went to this dealership to work a deal on a 2010/2009 MDX. The second I walked in the door the first thing out of the salesman's mouth was " I can give you 6 grand off of this car". That obviously made me more interested in the vehicle. We looked at the car a bit more and tried to work a deal. The sales department at this dealership was decent but the service department is horrible. Dont bring your car here for service!!! They will not fix it and tell you they replced parts when the really didn't. Acura client relations confirmed this as well and recommended me to bring my car to another dealership based on all the complaints they have had about the service provided here. Do not work with Matt Wickwire, Bridgon, Darrren, etc. I have been there many times to try to close a deal. They have no customer service skills and throw a bottle of water in at you and then after that are aggresive. They do not get the concept or try to get the concept of your living expenses and financial availability they will lie straight to your face and tell you that they are going to try to get you the deal when in fact as soon as they go behind that glass box they are all buddies running your credit and saying none ... read more
