Terrible experience The salesman we dealt with did a great job. Beyond that was a miserable experience. They owed me money from my trade-in. After two weeks we were able to pick up a check on Saturday. I took it to the bank to deposit on Monday and the check was no good. I have to wait now to see if the check clears tomorrow or the next day. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I was going to purchase body side moldings, dash cover, and splash guards from the service department. But I'll not set foot in this dealersh... read more

Service Center Bait & Switch I received a coupon in the mail for a basic oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection for $70 some dollars. My 2014 MDX has not much over 10K miles on it and was due for its first maintenance (according to the in-vehicle system) . I called and made an appointment and the lady said that the coupon would cover the items due for service since the oil change and inspections are the main service items due, so I made the appointment. Buyer Beware - Be extra careful and do your research Rule number 1 - no business will sell their inventory at a loss. Most except one met my expectation. Sales team was ok to deal with. They did their job as expected according to how they are trained. (Ben, Paul, Lisa) Hats off - good job in making the sale possible. Ben and Paul were experts in what they do. Acura of Peoria - Stay Away!!! FIRST TIME CAR BUYERS BEWARE!!!! - PURCHASED A PRE-OWNED 2009 NISSAN MURANO W/ EXTENDED WARRANTY, AND GAP. BATTERY DIES IN CAR 2 MONTHS LATER AND THEY SIMPLY DO NOTHING TO HELP. ALSO WHEN COMMUNICATING TO OFFICE AT ORIGINAL SIGNUP - WOULD TAKE 2-3 DAYS TO GET A CALL BACK - ONLY REASON WE CONTINUED TO WORK WITH THEM WAS BECAUSE MY WIFE LOVES THE CAR. ****CSR'S LIKE TO ARGUE WITH CUSTOMER - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL****

NOT a dealership of integrity Acura of Peoria uses a high-pressure, deceptive sales tactic. Beware of the Acura of Peoria Package. We were charged for this package without once being told about it. The total is $2495 and includes wheel locks, nitrogen air in the tires, front window tinting, a trunk tray and door edge-guards. not what i expected from dealer even if its a used vehicle Not bad Phillip was nice........ But besides having to get new tires sold with bald tires pretty much.. Probably alligment don't know if the tires are going to wear as bad as the ones Acura of peoria had on when I traded in my car(that had good tires) had to replace passenger strut and busted motor mount on my own no help from dealer ...no hydraulic fluid when I bought the car,dirty dirty brake fluid ,no wheel lock tires were completely locked couldent get them off h... read more

Used Acura purchase experiance Sara, I purchased the used 2006 mdx from your dealership with the expectation that it would have been check out to the extent that the vehicle is in good working order. The vehicle went straight to the border and then back to a storage yard until I picked it up on the 21st.. The battery appeared a bit low and so I figured just because it had been sitting. Stopped by to look at an MDX we saw as were driving by. Was immediately approached by a younger looking sales person. I was very upfront and told him I was just starting to look and wasn't buying right away. But he said he had some to show us so we let him walk us around for a few. Their cars seemed a little overpriced so I asked him if he had anything better, he said "let me go see if anyone else near around has one." I told him it wasn't necessary and thanks for his help.
