Poor buying experience I never got the true cost of anything in my many calls and visits. Each person along the way provided tidbits, but I had to make numerous calls to the dealership and Acura Financial Services (a separate company in Acura's view) Much training is needed on informing the customer about the loyalty program and it's associated costs, fees and taxes. I enjoy the Acura brand and it's quality and craftsmanship, but I don't think I emotionally want to go through the buying experience again.
GREAT Experience with Salesman ADAM, but Finance misleading Salesperson Adam Rosen went over and beyond our expectations. We really felt comfortable dealing with Adam and he made the whole process really a great experience. Top Notch.... worked extra hard to cater to our needs & wants and delivered what no other dealer in the state did. He was always beating everybody's price, other deals were only able to match. painful traded in my car for a 2016 pickup, no problem. was moving back to Texas in a couple of weeks, so wanted truck titled in Texas. Between the dealership and AZ dmv they can't seem to get my title right, This is not my problem, it is the dealership, AZ dmv's problem to get correct information to Texas. 3 months later and I don't have my truck registered because we are in a he said she said finger pointing blame game. Acura of Peoria and Arizona both are terrible places, never again.
John Lozano good salesman/manager Paul Brown fair at best looking for a vehicle for over 8 months, waiting for "that deal" found what I was interested in, provide model/stock an vin to the dealership, First reply was "we can do that, come on in" then when confirming was informed that Paul was unaware of what I was looking for, and here is the new price. Bad customer service Just had the worst experience ever with a service center and dealership. Transmission in my 2016 RDX is skipping very badly, was told it is not Acura of Peoria's problem but Corporate Acura. They let me walk out with a vehicle they know will break down again.Matthew was great in the service dept. but the service manager (so mad I can't or refuse to remember his name) was a complete jerk!! Do not recommend buying from this dealership!!
Manager screws it up. Was ready to make a purchase. Paul Brown came in and screwed the deal. John Lozano was great. I was looking to makes a purchase. Paul Brown was the worst.
Warranty Work I took my car in for warranty repairs and was taken care of completely by the Great Team at Acura of Peoria. We don't normally purchase warranties on cars we purchase but did this time. I can say at first I was concerned by having to take my car back right away with repairs needed but with a used car I know this can happen. But Again Thank you Acura of Peoria for your great service

After a car purchase here, and a year of service If I were able to leave zero stars-I WOULD. I'm finally posting this review after a year's worth of blunders at this dealer. I'm active duty Military and have been for 14 years. I bought a used Acura MDX here in February of 2015. It had roughly 60k on it when I bought it.
