I assisted my 20 year old daughter in purchasing her first new/used vehicle. We drove out from Chandler and made the purchase. We were promised a repair that has yet to be made and despite the fact that it was listed on our sales contract, we were told that it cannot be done after being told that the dealership can get teh part for less than $5. Then, we were promised a $100 gas card and have (as of this momenet) been told 5 times that it is being mailed today!!! Wow, mail from Peoria takes 2 months??? We still do not have h... read more

I purchased a vehicle, and I explicitly requested my personalized plates transferred. The sales person and Mike, the finance manager said I would receive them, and to wait. I received generic plates. I then went to an authorized MVD dealer this past week, which let me know that I should contact the dealership, as they should remedy this issue. The sales team at Accura of Peoria was not truthful. I was told by Jorge Gomez my car was making some kind of noise and something was going to happen soon. I was also question by Jorge with the CarFax for my trade in that Accura of Peroria would never sale the car on there lot and the liability was to much, because of the past condition of the car. I spent hours and hours negotiating a price.After a price was reached I went in to fill out the paperwork. As I was filling it out I was informed the price I was told did not apply with the features that had been agreed upon. I was told it was a miscommunication....despite the text I had? While my salesman was very friendly and pleasant, the tactics employed during the sales process were despicable. After agreement on price and trade-in were reached with the salesman, he return with a contract that included an extra $349 for zep tek a paint protectant, $599 for an undercoating, and $5 for tire disposal for new cars. $953 added to the sales price. So I have been in contact with two employees specifically at Acura of Peoria for the past 2 - 2.5 months, and I assure you the experience has been absolutely dreadful and painful. The initial visit was relatively friendly and so were the follow up phone calls. After being guaranteed a lower pricing due to new models for a specific vehicle which were supposed to arrive within the next few weeks, I was convinced to go into the dealership to discuss a deal which had the potential to be solidified that afternoon. I purchased a certified pre owned Acura TL from Acura of Peoria in September of 2011. My desire for a manual transmission forced me to expand my search far beyond my local dealerships. It also forced me to purchase a vehicle sight unseen as my top choice was over 2,000 miles away. Since I was looking at a CPO I was not worried due to the extensive inspection it must pass. Very unprofessional used car sales organization. They are agressive, and dishonest. They will not honor the price they quote. They change the pricing with an array of reasons. Examples: "that salesperson is not here right now", " we cannot find any paper work" etc. etc. They then offer to sell the car at a completely different cost. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have every dealt with, and will never deal with them again. It is shameful excuse for an Acura dealership.
