This is perhaps the most dishonest deceptive car dealership I have ever been too! I've read all of the reviews and I'm not surprised by any of them! I came this dealership thinking I would get quality notch service, left the dealer with a huge scratch running all the way down the passenger side of my Acura TSX that was not there when I arrived to arrowhead Acura, the marks clearly came from their automatic car wash this was the reason I always hand wash my vehicles to prevent this sort of mishap, approached the manger with this claim, instead of fixing the situation he incest the Physics of the automatic wash could not have done the damage "it's touch less" REALLY!!
