The service department is seriously a rip off. Guess that's what we should expect from a dealership. My check engine light came on and the manual says to take it into the dealership. I call and tell them what's wrong and they tell me it's gonna cost me $140 to just get it checked out. They said I could use the $140 towards repairs. I decide to have them fix my brakes but it didn't coincide with my check engine light. So guess what, the $140 doesn't go towards the brakes. These guys are con artists. Sheisters, bought my car here, took it here a couple weeks ago to have an airbag recall fixed. It took a little longer than expected, no big deal really. I left and the service guy Michael King handed me a paper wrapped around another one saying "everything looks good on the car, nothing needs super glue or duct tape" haha very funny. Then he proceed to tell me that I will need new tires my oil change. I have purchased 2 cars from here, and both times, the sales experience was great. Very efficient, on target, etc. This review is for the service department. In one sentence, I hate taking my car here for service! The very first time I took a car here for service, it was a horrible experience. They took way longer than expected; and when I called to check on it, they said it had been sitting for an hour! Full disclosure: I didn't buy a car from here. I have no idea how the buying experience was. I came here to test drive an MDX and the sales staff wasn't great. We had to go to the back lot to find the car I was interested in. It was pretty clear after about 10 minutes that I knew more about the car than the sales guy. It took him forever to bring the car out of the lot (20 minutes) for a test drive. Very dissatisfied with this dealership. Definitely a haggle. Was offered a KBB instant cash offer. They called me and I went in. When I went in they made me wait and came back at a price a lot lower and would not honor the price. I advised them that I would give and honest bad review of them not honoring. The sales rep Adam, advised that his manager, definitely does not want the van now that I stated I would give a review. Here is my review. I will not be returning.

The service department is shady. Had a bunch of work done to my car with "Honda Parts" and found out they were aftermarket parts at Honda price. I was also missing parts as well as parts appearing to be swapped out with others that had nothing to do with original service. Also ordered parts that would be there next business day and waited over two days and had to call them and the part had been there for a day and a half. Be very careful doing business here

We took our Acura in to get the airbags replaced (recall). It was ready to pick up about 2 weeks later. They recommended several fluids be replaced so we agreed. This cost about $500. Driving home to Prescott we realized that the odometer was 270 miles higher than when we brought the car in. Someone drove our car 270 miles. They also raised the passenger side headrest in the back seat. We NEVER do this. Plus reprogrammed driver 2 settings and set the LCD to a different setting that we don't use. Well, the purchase experience was good three months ago, post-purchase now the bad, oil change light came on, brought it in for service, they offered a free tire rotation and then everything went down the drain after that, they told me my car needed tires, and alignment, I explained that I just got the car from them 3 months ago, they say sorry (sucker!) - what about the 182 point inspection!! on top of that my car was returned with a buzzing noise coming from the tires and the tire gauge on the dashboard on, I went back, sp... read more

Friendly service but the wait times in service is ridiculous. Today it was 3 hours just for an oil change and manual transmission flush. Quoted an hour.
