Most unprofessional dealership I have EVER encountered. Incredibly long waits time, after time. Found undisclosed damage under rain guards on roof of truck. This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I am having a problem with the tech package in RDX. I have taken it to Acura Peoria twice and they can find no fix. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of John Lozano and he assured me that they would do something to help me. He told me that mid June they would have their 2019 RDX's and he would get me into one of those or a car of my choice because there was no fix for the issue I was having. Jessica needs to work on her customer service. I spoke to her in Jan. Did an app over the phone to see where I was with credit. I decided to wait. 6 months later. Gave GM Brijen Dave many chances to address issues - he would not return multiple calls, emails, messages left with his admin, etc. Sales person Adam Rosen and manager Eugene Kwon would not honor Edmunds pricing. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. The sales people at this dealership are so rude and unprofessional. The service department is a joke. Lexi, is crass. Matt is very cunning and the entire dealership is full of crap. My boyfriend and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on a Wednesday. This vehicle was sold with a 15 day 500 miles warranty. I would avoid this place for service. The service rep told me that our RDX with 16,000 miles was "asking for" $900 in service. I have never heard anything like this before. The rep was not willing or able to tell me what I really needed so I had to request just an oil change and tire rotation. I don't like being treated this way. Absolutely the worst service ever! Terrible, irresponsible, deceptive workers! I just bought the vehicle and brought it in for the first oil change. The vehicle ran great and had no problems prior to bringing it in. The oil change took 2 1/2 hours but had no problems when they checked it back out to me. Yep - if I could do no stars I would. This dealership has the worst service ever. 2nd Acura we have bought there. Listen very carefully to what your finance guy tells you when talking about a maintenance agreement versus a service agreement. 1st Acura we had a maintenance agreement - 2nd one finance guy says oh yeah we can get that for you for half the cost as last time (this was said once I said I no longer wanted to pay $33 a month for the maintenance agreement) well he was not upfront - compared apples to oranges.
