Horrible sales department that will continue to call you daily, up to 3 times a day even after you have told them you are not interested in a vehicle. They have been calling for over a month. I emailed the GM and did not get a response but I unblocked the number to see if he would make them stop. Got another call tonight. Next step FTC and Attorney General.
About 6 months ago I purchased a 2008 Acura TL from Adam Rosen at Acura of Peoria. When we made the deal, Adam had promised us both front seats would get reupholstered, which took a facebook complaint on their review page to make it happen. **Beware** AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! Unless you want the run around! I went to this dealership on 11/22/17 with pre-approved financing and a specific vehicle I wanted to purchase. It all started at sands Chevrolet Peoria. I bought a 2011 RDX turbo charged SUV all the bells and whistle! So I thought! It was a lemon. Now at this point none of this is Acura dealerships problem! I broke down 3X! Being towed in to sands usually late at night from some very sketchy areas due to work place! Now my 2000 kia wasn't perfect but NEVER left me stranded. I too, wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing a car from Acura of Peoria. My disappointment happened after the purchase. While making the deal everything went as expected - negotiation on price, trade value, extended warranty. A couple weeks go by and the loan for my trade is still not paid. I had to call 3-4 times to get it paid the day before it would have hit my credit score (I would have paid it to prevent negative credit issues). I have never been more disappointed in the quality of service I got from your sales department. I took time out of my day to drive 20 miles to YOUR lot to see a vehicle. Which both you and Jeorge Gomez knew I wanted to see. I show up at 8am to look at this vehicle to find out that it and another you pointed out had been shipped out to auction. I've bought three vehicles from Acura of Peoria. In 2011 I purchased a 2011 MDX. It had been a loaner. It had 5000 miles on it and I saved about $5,000 dollars. In 2015 I bought my wife and RDX which was also a loaner and had six thousand miles on it and I saved $6,000. This time I purchased a 2017 MDX loaner with technology. Experience was bad ...., after being so excited to buy my first Acura. I have never been so upset with a dealership before. I received a notice from Acura saying the lease on my TLX was almost up and they were offering me the opportunity to end my lease early.
