Probably the worst place to buy a car. My friend bought 2015 Toyota Corella from these folks and there's been no follow up. The Finance guy recorded her conversation without her consent. Financing fell through initially and they did a shady trade off. They also promised her another key and there's been no follow up.. Hopefully they'll offer her compensation for this epic mess up.
DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! Acura of Peoria is the worst most crooked automotive dealership ever!!!! Less than a month ago I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra from their tent sale; less than 2 weeks after driving off the Lot I had a blowout on the highway. After being a customer of Acura North Scottsdale for more than 10 years, when my previous lease expired, a good friend recommended that I give Acura Peoria a chance. I worked with Darren, who was great to work with! I am not sure why but this dealership's service department has the slowest response time every time I drive in to use their service department. Seems like nobody is around to come out and wait on you. Also if you bring another type of vehicle in to them to be serviced, other than a Honda or Acura it takes them forever to service your vehicle! Just had the worst experience ever. I had purchased a 2016 RDX last year, with 30,000 miles on it the transmission started shifting very hard from 1st to 2nd. I brought it in and was called a couple of days later to pick it up. Was told it was not completely fixed because Acura has not figured out the update that is needed to prevent this issue. 12hrs later it did it again and worse. I have a 3 year old MDX which had 3 different problems just this last month. You would think the service department would at least see the warning that the tire pressures are low before saying your car is ready! Seriously, you sell a $50,000 car to your customer and DO NOT even have the courtesy of making sure the tire pressures are correct before returning the car to the customer. I also wish I had read the reviews for this dealer as well before waisting my time. I did not purchase a car from them as a result, and I will not return again. My credit scores are excellent so qualifying would not have been an issue. My main complaint is arriving on 4 occasions when mutually agreed upon only to discover the person is not available, with another customer, and once not at the dealership all; they will provide excuses, but never apologize for the inconvenience or for the disrespect of your time. I wish I had read these Yelp reviews before heading to this particular dealership. My husband and I bought a what we thought to be Preown 2016 Acura MDX. Adam was the person that helped us. Although the was nice at the time, we soon found out everything was very deceiving. Once we got into Bryan (Finance manager)'a office, the paperwork looked different. We had a very poor experience here. Salesman was dishonest and agreed to a price get us there. When the we confirmed this with the manager, he said that it was not accurate and told us to go to the acura.com website. We bought a car elsewhere and after informing them that we did this, we suddenly we got random phone calls from multiple other dealers whom we have never placed an inquiry to. (speaking to some folks, some dealers release your info out of spite).
