Our service rep Dary is excellent - he knows what our car needs, doesn't try to oversell, and is incredibly responsive. We've been customers at Acura of Seattle since 2013 and will continue to be customers here due to the level of service we receive and the value for our money.

As a consumer, my main concern is, "Am I getting my money's worth or am I getting ripped off?" I have realized that Acura of Seattle has their customers' best interest in mind beyond what I would have expected. I recently requested a service that didn't need to be performed as I had already had it done on a previous visit and it wasn't anywhere near the time to do it again. Pleasant overall experience. Staff was extremely friendly and got my 2016 Acura MDX for a diagnostic with no appointment.
