Poor Customer Service I would not recommend this dealer. I made an appointment via email to come and check out a vehicle. They called and confirmed the appointment. When I arrived I was told that the vehicle was not on the lot but was being serviced. Serviced? So, no one could tell me this before I drove 30 minutes and wasted my time? stay way from this dealership Stay away from this dealership and specifically Chuck. This guy will promise you a price and then change the entire price to a higher price. Chuck was very unprofessional!
I dont know what to say Extremely dissatisfied. I checked on a F-350 they had online at their North Tryon lot and got phone calls galore about it. I tell Matthew I am coming down either Friday night or Saturday. They schedule me an appointment at 3pm Saturday. Would never return I went to buy a car and the dealer went that to test drive with me played on his phone on snapchat the whole time. I noticed the ride felt weird and noticed the tire was flat, (after the dealer drove it to the front of the building for me) and the dealer said they can fix it if I move forward with the car. Not a good way to run this place if you ask me.
Terrible scammers Do not go here. Cars are shifty, dry rotted tires, bad brakes, and they don't want to fix anything. Spent almost $20,000 on a lemon. I am reporting them to the BBB, and calling Channel 9. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Owner Its a scam dealership. Sold me a car as almost new and turned out to be severly damaged and recostructed. Once I called them about it , they won’t return my call. Will get an attorney to sue them
WASTED A WHOLE DAY DROVE 2 HOURS AWAY TO VIEW A CAR WITH INTENTIONS OF BUYING. DEALERSHIP WOULOD NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR ONCE WE GOT THERE JUST TO SEE THE CAR. THEN SPENT ANOTHER HOUR NEGOTIATING TRADE DEAL, THEY LOW BALLED MY TRADE SO WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE WITHOUT A TRADE. AFTER THEY ADDED AN EXTRA 2K ON TOP OF THE BUYING PRICE WE DECIDED WEVE WASTED ENOUGH OF OUR TIME. i WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!
Car dealer fraudulently charged credit card This dealer purposefully submitted wrong Bill of Sale six times and are not returning a $1000 deposit. No legal document was signed, no bill of sale, not purchase order was signed. Avoid this dealership.
Old fashioned used car salesman hustle I’m not even sure where to begin. I went to Adams Auto Group on South Blvd and dealt with Chuck. He gave me a trade in value for my vehicle that was comparable to what we had been given at other dealerships, found a vehicle and signed the papers. They told me they had do some bumper and detail work on the vehicle and would call us when it was ready the next day.
