Great service but not so good cars The salesman was very nice for the car but I had to get $1500 worth of work since getting the car a week ago. They make sure the car is running enough for you to buy it but that's it. Disappointed that I bought my first car from them and have had to deal with so many problems since I bought it
Mister Was not comfortable buying where all cars were as is and no personal checks accepted and they charge you to use a debit card. When the salesman told me 90% of their cars came from auction I decided at that point I did not want to do business with such a dealership.

Horrible It's been about a month and a half and my license plate has not came in yet and every time I contact the sales person "no names mentioned" he always tell me and my dad that he will call us in about 20 minutes but he never does. He ended up blocking my number so now I have to call the dealership official number. Price range was great but customer service is horrible.
Not Satisfied - email commitment not honored Went on-line for best price on truck, found Adams Auto. I Don't like hasseling over prices, that was their website position. Got several emails from Adams, Chuck Darwich (dealer principal) stated "will pay at least 100$ more than CARMAX appraisal". Got CarMax appraisal, contacted sales person, verified truck had no damage or engine issues, traveled 150 miles (one way) to Adams. Doesn't reply to emails I've emailed this dealership 3 times about purchasing a truck, only to get auto reply "sales" emails back. Pretty pathetic when you have a buyer and the dealership won't reach out to close deal.
VERY HAPPY VISIT THE STORE IN SOUTH BOULEVARD LAST WEEKEND AND FOUND THE VW JETTA THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR MONTHS , ANTON GEMBS THE SALESMAN HELP ME TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT ONE .
Waste of my time Came from out of town. They wasted a lot of my time runnin around and doing a lot of talking. Did not make any attempts to meet the customer needs. Was not flexible in lowering the price or getting a second key to the vehicle. Basically they wanted the customer to buy car as is with no request. Very disgusted at the end of 4hrs
