Lied and Falsified Documents The sales person showed us a falsified car fax report before sell. Did not find out until after purchase during a resell that the car had been in 5 previous accidents, had frame damage and was totaled. We were shown a “report” that it was only in one minor accident with no frame damage. Hate that we didn’t keep a copy of the carfax report they showed us in the dealership. Can’t take them to court but I can warn others.
one of the worst experiences i have ever had !!!!! Went in looking for a car and had a trade, they said they had my vin # so they looked up my car well they tried giving me 2000 less then what it was worth, and the car they pulled up wasn't even the same car i had, they said that they buy damaged cars and fix them, that came from the dealers, BE Warned GO ELSEWARE
Dealer Fees It took 4 phone calls to get through - cannot transfer a call More disturbing is the OUTRAGEOUS "Dock Fee" of $599 which is at least double of some other small dealers.

Bad service Called for a week to check on vehicle. It?s was always the answer of thus car is in our service department. Then finally got an appointment to test drive and good thing I called a few hours before because apparently the car was still in service department the day of my scheduled test drive. Awful service.
Don't buy from here! This dealer is awful!! Has terrible customer service and no follow up. We bought a vehicle from them and traded in ours. A MONTH and TWO payments later our other truck is still not paid off - they never sent the payoff in!! I have called for 4 days in a row asking for a tracking number that our pay off was sent and they still haven't called me back with it. I still don't have a pay off.
