No help I requested pics and information and a 2018 Honda Accord, I requested the info on 3 different occasions and never got pics and didn’t get the information I requested. These requests were 3 weeks ago with today being 5/28/20 and still don’t have the info or pics.
The car was already sold... I went to Adams South and was less than impressed. I called at 2pm to check availability of a car. I was told it was still available and I scheduled a kn appointment for 5:30 that afternoon. I drove over an hour to get there and when I did, I was flatly told “oh the car we sold last night.” Seriously? The parking lot was a mess to even try to get into, the lobby had a funky smell and needs more lights, and the customer service was less than desirable. Wasted Trip Day before traveling to dealership an email was sent to verify car we wanted to BUY was still there, "Yes it is" was the response. I send email next morning that we're on our way, never saw a response but we were anxious to get into our new ride, show up at dealership after 2 hour ride only to find out it had been sold. Luckily we found a dealership that had exactly what we wanted and made the purchase. Cannot recommend this place based on our experience.

Had to get LAWYERS involved- buy elsewhere! I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership even if my life depended on it. My husband and I had to get LAWYERS involved to force them to do what they had agreed upon (months after the fact). Don't think just because you signed paperwork and drove off in your vehicle that everything is done and over with. Not happy. Big mad 2 months ago I came across Adams auto through the web and was excited when I saw a 2012 VwJetta. That was the only good thing I can say. I just had a child 7days ago and needed a mother reliable vehicle as my 2008 Ford was reaching 250k miles Called and told car was available to see so I drove to Tryin location to see it. Sold a Vehicle Under Warranty They Will Not Fix Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They are the most dishonest and shady business I have ever worked with. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle from Adams Auto Group in March of 2019. The vehicle (which was not sold as-is) has given me problems since the day I drove it home. BE WARNED DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME The only thing I can do is write about my experience. I will be honest, it's not a good experience. I found a car I LOVED on cars.com and I contacted the dealership. First they repeatedly called my phone which made them look desperate for my business. Since I work crazy hours I kept missing their calls. So they switched to text and when they didn't like what I asked I didn't hear from anyone for 4 days. Then I asked for the Carfax and it showed the car had 33,000 more miles then advertised. This is not a trustworthy dealership I found a 2014 lexus is250 being sold by the adams auto group. After expressing interest I was sent an email by the owner chuck darwich stating they guarantee they would match or beat any advertised price. After test driving the car I showed them the price of the exact same model at another dealership that was selling it $15995 while adams auto group was selling it at $17500. The only differences between the cars was color and 4000 miles so they refused the guarantee. They straight up lie... read more
