Online offer not up to date I wanted to look at a car that was listed for the north Tryon location. When I called, they told me the car is actually 18 miles away, and somebody has already payed a deposit for the car. They asked if they should contact me is the car is not being sold after all - I said yes. Three weeks later the car is still online, still listed for the north Tryon location, and nobody has contacted me.
Not the best deal. They dont have the best deals around. The man I spoke with was condensing and basically told me that there was now way that another dealing ship was giving me a better deal on a 2018 Corolla IM. Im gkad they didnt want my bussiness. Im still getting that better deal. Next time im looking for a vechile I wont be shopping with them; even if they do end up having a better deal. I dont reccomend you buy anything from this dealer.
LOLOL Came into the south Blvd location to look at a passat they had in stock. Fellow at the front desk went to grab a salesman, no problem. Salesman asked who he was working with, the guy from the desk referred to my friend and I as "the white boys". First red flag. Salesman brought the vehicle around to the front with an under inflated tire for the test drive. Had to ask him to put air in it before we drove it. Car was dirty, salesman never shook my hand. Made an agreement they could not keep Run run run away from this dealer. Every time I called it seemed like they were lost. They agreed to a set out the door price over the phone and requested them to send me the paper work. I then revived the paperwork and it was over $1000 more then what we agreed to. I then called and salesman said oh sorry that’s a mistake I will talk to the finance guy. Vehicle was torn apart Scheduled a test drive a week before. Called the evening (just before closing) before to verify the vehicle was still available and ready to test drive the following day. Arrived first thing the next morning to test drive the vehicle. Spoke with a salesman who got my info. A few minutes later he comes back and says the vehicle is currently unavailable for test drive because they currently got it torn apart replacing and air bag actuator. Do not waste your time. They prey on the ignorant I flew in yesterday to buy a 2015 Golf TDI SE in blue that has 54k miles. The car is a wreck. They had the entire car repainted in the parking lot. It had runs all over, over spray and the paint felt like it had dirt. They decided to throw on two used Chinese tires in the rear and the front had a bubble. The brake rotors need to be replaced. I am extremely shocked Adams would waste my time I spoke with Chris who informed me all cars go to a certain location to be serviced. Well I guess someone decided to smoke a pack of cigarettes in it before they drove it to the N Tryon location. I drive all the way up to see a car that smells like an ash tray! Worst Dealership Ever From my salesman being a total idiot to owning my car about 2 weeks later, this has been the worst experience ever. Got to the dealership and my salesman immediately starts trying to sell me a car I dont want, i called specifically for this 2015 VW golf tdi. Finally after about 3 hours he goes to get the car. Headache no response from management Drove four hours to purchase a Jetta Sportswagen from Adams East. On the phone and in person very friendly. Car was not quite to the quality like shown in pictures. I understand this was a used car sold with very little work done to it. To put my mind at ease, Amanda stated they only bought the best cars at auctions. Also stated they had a thirty day return policy.
