I highly recommend them. My dryer was unusually louder than normal & knew something was wrong. Called on Saturday to make appointment for that Thursday, because I work from home. Denis came and checked it out. Being 25 years old, it needed a new motor. He had to order the part and said it would take 3-5 business days for part to come. Wednesday Denis called and said the part came in and would like to come Thursday. For over 2 hours, he worked his tail off and the result was fantastic. He even found some other parts that were broken and repaired that. He even vacuumed out the entire machine. to make it clean. Both times, he was very respectable and let me know either he was running late or on his last call and I was next. Also, wore coverings on his shoes as not track dirt in the house going back and forth to his truck to get tools, etc. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and honesty about the whole job. Denis is the name I remember that came up on my phone. I apologize for misspelling his name.

I called because my washing machine stopped working and they were there the next day. Service was professional, fast and my machine is working like new again. Yes I would recommend them!

I needed someone to come check out my ice maker. I looked online for someone in my area and Advanced Appliance had a ton of good reviews. I decided to call this morning. Paul answered right away and said he could come out TODAY between 5pm and 8pm. (I was hoping for sometime this week!)Paul called at 6, said he was finishing up with a customer and would be to my place by 6:30. He was very polite, explained what he was checking and was confident he would be able to fix it. He got it working and put back together within a half hour. Very reasonably priced too!

First time using them to fix my Kenmore Gas Dryer that was not getting heat.. Dennis the repairman was very nice and very knowledgeable of fixing the dryer. Replaced a high limit thermostat. Very reasonable price on the part & service. Kudos to Dennis & Advance Appliance repair. My dryer is good as new.

They did an excellent job. I would certainly call them again.
