Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and forthright with the diagnosis with the appliance, a freezer. He advised replenishing the Freon in the freezer but said it was only a temporary fix. Appreciated his honesty.
The ice maker in my refrigerator stopped working. Paul came and replaced a part but it still didn’t work after waiting 24 hours. He came back and made adjustments and it’s been fine since. I’m very happy with the results.

My controller board needed to be replaced in my KitchenAid oven. The part was very difficult to find, so Advanced Appliance sent my board out to be rebuilt. All works fine.
