Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and forthright with the diagnosis with the appliance, a freezer. He advised replenishing the Freon in the freezer but said it was only a temporary fix. Appreciated his honesty.
The ice maker in my refrigerator stopped working. Paul came and replaced a part but it still didn’t work after waiting 24 hours. He came back and made adjustments and it’s been fine since. I’m very happy with the results.
