I had a problem with my washer machine pump - it was not fully draining and leaving clothes wet. I self diagnosed it and assumed it was the drain pump. The Technician who serviced the machine was very impressive and a true SME. However I noticed that the new pump that they brought to replace the older one - was smaller. Although it fit and I presumed met the machine requirements- I still have water left after the wash has ended.
